Shipping & Returns


Shipping
Jess Imports uses Federal Express for all domestic shipments. International shipments are sent via USPS Global Priority. We make every effort to ship your in stock order within 2 business days of receiving your order. Any transit times are quoted from date of shipment only.

Returns
All sales are final. Exchanges allowed within 30 days from purchase. Copy of receipt must accompany any exchange requests and merchandise. Any merchandise received without accompanying receipt will be returned to sender. Exchanged merchandise is subject to 10% restocking fee. You must receive previous approval before using online credit at a trade show. Please allow up to 21 days to process instock exchanges. Please click here to print an Exchange Request

Guarantee
Jess Imports guarantees merchandise against manufacturers defect for 90 days from purchase. We cannot guarantee against breakage due to misuse, abuse, etc. Defective items may be returned for exchange of same item or equal valued item. If no like product is available, a refund will be issued for the price of the item. Please allow up to 21 days to process your replacement/refund request. Jess Imports reserves the right to inspect returned defective goods to determine cause of defect. Our apologies but all shipping charges are final. No returns are allowed after 90 days from purchase.

Do you wholesale?
We certainly do. We are direct importers and offer wholesale pricing to all customers. The pricing shown on our website relfects a 50% off retail discount.

Do you have a Permanent Catalog?
Because of the nature of overseas production we are also unable to gaurantee the availability of any item. Our catalog is everchanging with new exciting designs.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and AMEX. Approved accounts may choose COD for a additional charge. We do not offer terms or "pick boxes" to any vendor/buyer.

What are the clasps made of?
All of our clasps and pendants are manufactured in sterling silver .925 minimum purity. We use the following materials Sterling Silver, Hill Tribe Silver, Copper Accents, Genuine Semi-Precious, Pearl, & Vintage Glass in these sterling silver pieces.
We also carry a selection of 23K double plate vermeil.
When we say vintage, we mean it! These glass pieces are not reproductions but the real deal. Most glass is pre-WWII. As it is vintage, please do not expect it to be perfect. Surface/color variations etc are present in many pieces. Small scratches and/or chips may be present as well.

Do you do custom work?
Sorry, we’re unable to do custom work.. All of our production is done overseas and we are unable to take on custom orders. Because of the nature of overseas production we are also unable to gaurantee the availability of any item. Our catalog is everchanging with new exciting designs.

Where are you located & can I come by and see you?

Our office is located in San Francisco, and is not open to the public. We no longer offer appointments at our office.
